If we are available for your party date, we will confirm via email and send an invoice for the $75 non refundable deposit. The deposit MUST be received to finalize your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we are not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative party dates or time frames. We typically cannot accommodate any requests with less than 48 hours notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a booking is complete, we will reach out again a couple weeks prior to confirm your guest count and collect the remaining balance. You\u2019ll receive a confirmation email the week of your party to ensure all details are correct. If you have any questions, don\u2019t hesitate to reach out. We may not be able to accommodate extra guests after the deadline or may incur an additional fee for last minute preparations after a final count has been provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm with your guests and remind them that this is a hosted party and will begin promptly on time. Guests who arrive late may miss out on certain activities.
