Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Girly-Girl Partea’s, its agents and employees for any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests or other persons attending the party. Customer agrees not to hold Girly-Girl Partea’s responsible for inclement weather or other Acts of God that may cause the cancellation of the party. Should something of this nature cause the cancellation of the party, Girly-Girl Partea’s shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date and location that is mutually agreeable to both parties.
The client assumes all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, skin products, make-up, or any activity taking place before, during or after the party. Spa services are not performed by licensed cosmetologists and are for entertainment purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this agreement shall not affect any other provision of this agreement. girly-girl partea’ inc may elect not to exercise rights specified in this agreement. By doing so, girly-girl partea’ inc does not waive their right to exercise those rights at a future date. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, and each such executed counterpart shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute a single agreement. Electronic or digital signatures to this Agreement are acceptable and carry with it the same full force and effect as a handwritten signature.
In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this Party Agreement, the client will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and costs resulting therefrom on behalf of girly-girl partea inc. This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Florida.
We reserve the right to post your party/event photos as an example of our services for promotional purposes. We never use any last names as subtitles or captions of our photos.
Parties, visits and other events are NOT to be planned outdoors unless approved at time of booking. If a performer arrives and activities are planned outside without our approval, the performer will politely ask to move indoors. Failure to accommodate will result in immediate cancellation of the party, without refund. Our performers WILL NOT be allowed to perform outside during the Summer season due to extreme heat. The costumes and wigs are heavy and could be potentially life threatening in Florida weather. It is recommended that all party activities be planned indoors with the exception of the swimming mermaid.
Inclement weather/illness: In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Girly-Girl Partea’ reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an alternate date. Please be advised, if food or beverages are needed there will be an additional charge.
Cancellations and rescheduling: Once your party is booked and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed one time. Based on availability, we will gladly work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. If you decide to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable $75 deposit and completed contract are required in order to reserve a date/time. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your party/event date. We will send a courtesy reminder with a breakdown of your balance owed. You may pay the balance by mailing a check or money order. Please inquire to your specific location for information on where to mail payment.
You may also request a Paypal Invoice to pay the balance by credit or debit card (4% convenience fee applies). We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Check & Money Order. There will be a $40 fee for any returned payment.
TRAVEL POLICY: A travel fee of $0.75 for every mile traveled outside of 15 miles from our home base will be added to the final balance. Distance is calculated from our home base using Google Maps. For any questions or concerns regarding our travel policy, or to have a quote on mileage, please email us BEFORE booking.
GRATUITY: Gratuity will be AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED for all custom parties and party packages with more than 20 guests, in the amount of 15%. It is recommended that all performers be tipped 15-20% at your discretion.
LATE BOOKING: Parties/Princess Visits scheduled within 7 days of the party date may be subject to a fee of $50 for parties and $25 for princess visits due to last minute preparations.
PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
TABLES & CHAIRS: You are responsible for providing tables and chairs for each guest attending, one table for food (if applicable) and two tables for activities (hair, make-up, crafts, etc). All tables and chairs MUST BE SET UP and ready to decorate BEFORE our staff’s arrival.
PARTY Attendance: Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 8 guests (including the birthday princess). Additional guests may be added for $35/each. Parties smaller than 8 will be charged for the minimum of 8 children. Though some guest may not show up even if they RSVP, you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party.
RSVP Confirmation: Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your party to confirm your final guest count (for PARTIES). This will be the number we use to determine appropriate quantities for costumes, favors, crafts and food (if applicable) and we will charge accordingly. Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities. Though some guests may not show up even if they RSVP, you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party.
Late Arrivals: Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out, and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party.
Discipline and Non-Participation: Our staff will be responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities. We kindly ask that you, the party hostess, monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
Guest Attire: Some of our parties include costumes/dress up. The children do not get undressed, and we ask that the girls come prepared wearing a leotard, slip dress or bathing suit under their party attire. Princess costumes are available upon request. Please ask at time of booking.
Food Allergies/Skin Allergies: It is the responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we suggest that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child. It is also the responsibility of the client to check with the guests for skin allergies or sensitivities. This is in regard to the make-up/glitter and our Spa parties.
ADULTS AT PARTY: We ask that the parent(s) of the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to possible needs of the children. The parents of guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the hostess.

LIABILITY RELEASE: Girly-Girl Partea’s, it’s owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies relating to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage. As professional event planners, we can assure you we will do all in our power to provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests, and will treat you home like a “royal palace”.
DAMAGES: We understand that accidents can happen, however, the client may be held responsible for the excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Girly-Girl Partea’s.
Other Considerations: Girly-Girl Partea’s provides you the opportunity to have a catered menu or to plan the food menu yourself. For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our costumes, we kindly ask that any food and beverages that will be served to the children while in costume be approved beforehand. Beverages should be light colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch) and no food containing tomatoes, tomato sauce or dark colored jellies. We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage our costumes. Please let us know beforehand what food items you would like to serve. Although we understand accidents may happen, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage to Girly-Girl Partea’s property. SALES TAX: 6% sales tax is charged on ALL food items
Client Obligations: The client is responsible for providing the following:
• Tables and chairs for the amount of confirmed guests
• Safe, clean areas for activities (craft, make-up and food)
• Gathering space for parents or the guests (if you want them to stay)
• Use of kitchen and sink depending on party selection
• A smoke free environment
• Parking near entrance for loading and unloading
Client Peace of Mind: Be rest assured that we use all necessary hygiene practices. All of our hair implements/spa items are cleaned and disinfected before each guest/party. We use barbicide and anti-bacterial products.
Spa Services Rendered: Girly-Girl Partea’s strives to provide a quality, authentic experience for your party, however, we do not claim to be ‘professionals’ in the field of cosmetics. Spa services are not performed by licensed cosmetologists and are for entertainment purposes only. We offer “mini” manicures and pedicures that do not include cutting or filing and does not resemble the work of a trained and licensed nail technician. Our performance is done in a simple and ‘fun’ manner.
We typically fill our calendar 30 days in advanced and recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. We typically never book less than 7 days prior to an event date.
