- We’ll Review Your Request
Our team will check availability for your selected date, time, and/or character(s). - Look for a Confirmation Email
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from us with booking details and next steps. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case. - Secure Your Date
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Your event isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received. Once it’s in, your party will officially be on our calendar! - Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. You’ll receive reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. - Get Ready to Celebrate
On the day of your event, our performers will arrive ready to bring the magic to life. We’ll handle the fun—you enjoy the memories.
