Here’s what happens next:

  1. We’ll Review Your Request
    Our team will check availability for your selected date, time, and/or character(s).
  2. Look for a Confirmation Email
    Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from us with booking details and next steps. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case.
  3. Secure Your Date
    $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Your event isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received. Once it’s in, your party will officially be on our calendar!
  4. Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. You’ll receive reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
  5. Get Ready to Celebrate
    On the day of your event, our performers will arrive ready to bring the magic to life. We’ll handle the fun—you enjoy the memories.
