Please review our party planning pricing, policies and package information below. Make your selections on the form and our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and send a link to pay the deposit to finalize your reservation. *If you are unsure of the final number of guests, no worries! Please provide an estimate for our planning purposes and let us know more accurate numbers two weeks prior to your party date. We only count “kids who will participate”. Adults, older siblings, relatives or friends, babies, etc would not be included in this count.

If you are still deciding on the theme and package/number of guests, but still wish to submit your contract to save your date, please let us know in the comment section below.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us. We are happy to shop for snacks to meet your needs.

All tea and/or character parties include the use of our China cups. Paper cups can be substituted upon request.

Character Selection

Not all parties require a character, however, ONE character may be included with any of the party packages. Additional characters may be added for an extra fee. When booking a character, we take this into account for staffing and activity preparation. If you would like a character, please make those selections below. If not, please skip this section.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: Table and chairs for the number of guests must be provided, set up and/or ready to decorate upon arrival (unless renting tables/chairs from us). (required)

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL POLICY: Travel fee is based upon mileage from our home base in St Augustine. Parties/events that take place outside a 15 mile radius from our home base will be subject to a $0.75/mile travel fee round trip. parties with multiple characters or staff members may be subject to additional mileage charges. contact us for a quote if necessary prior to booking. (required)

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: All party activities MUST TAKE PLACE INSIDE in AC unless other arrangements have been preapproved at time of booking. If staff arrives and activities are planned outside without approval, they will politely ask to move indoors. Failure to accommodate will result in immediate cancellation of the party, without refund.(required)

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: Bounce House Clause: (if applicable) in our experience, we cannot compete with the presence of a bouncy house. While our team will try their best to still be interactive with the guests, we cannot force guests to ignore a bounce house. During the time of the party, we recommend deflating your bounce house, or encouraging guests to participate in activities during the duration of the party.(required)

What’s Next?

Please allow 24 hours for our team to review your booking form. If we are available for your party date, we will confirm via email and send an invoice for the $75 non refundable deposit. The deposit MUST be received to finalize your reservation.

If we are not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative party dates or time frames. We typically cannot accommodate any requests with less than 48 hours notice. 

Once a booking is complete, we will reach out again a couple weeks prior to confirm your guest count and collect the remaining balance. You’ll receive a confirmation email the week of your party to ensure all details are correct. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Please email us or TEXT (904) 770-5447.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PARTY

  • If you have a guard gate, ensure you have provided them with our business name to ensure quick entry, or if your party address is difficult to find via GPS please provide us with instructions to prevent any delays in your party start time
  • Please leave an empty spot in your driveway for us to park to make the most of the designated set up time frame
  • Ensure all tables/chairs are set up and cleared off upon arrival to begin decorating promptly
  • The number of guests you RSVP for is the number we will prepare for. We may not be able to accommodate extra guests after the deadline or may incur an additional fee for last minute preparations after a final count has been provided
  • Confirm with your guests and remind them that this is a hosted party and will begin promptly on time. Guests who arrive late may miss out on certain activities. Once supplies are put away and we’ve moved onto the next scheduled activity, it is extremely difficult to back track to accommodate late guests
