Additional characters may be added to accommodate extra guests. Masked/Mascot characters are available for 30 or 60 minute visits ONLY and require an assistant for an additional $60/hr. Travel rates apply. Please reach out for a quote. Outdoor visits may be approved based on season and temperature. Characters at outside parties require a pavilion or covered structure and a paved surface at all times.

Our mermaid visit requires special accommodations for arrival and departure. The water must be 80 degrees or warmer. Our mermaids do not accept responsibility for the safety of the children while in the pool. Our mermaids can swim in in-ground pools ONLY, no above ground pools. A princess assistant accompanies our mermaids to all party events. Available May through September ONLY. In the event of inclement weather, our mermaids will be prepared to continue activities seated in their tails, outside of the water.

RSVP of final guest count is due 7 days prior to the party and should include any KIDS who plan to participate in the party including the birthday girl and any siblings or relatives. The number RSVP’d for is reflected in the final price and party preparations.
While we do provide hosted birthday party activities, we do not provide disciplinary action or “force” guests to participate. Party duration is estimated based on the full number of guests showing up and participating in all activities. Actual party time may vary. Unless otherwise specified, we will arrive 45-60 minutes before the party to set-up and will take down after the birthday party is complete. We can accommodate parties for guests as young as 3 years old.
Every birthday party is customized to meet the clients needs because no two parties are the same. If you have specific color or activity requests, or questions about what is included in our party packages, please inquire prior to booking.
