What happens at camp each day?
Each day brings a new theme that matches the princess guest of the day. That theme is woven throughout the crafts, games, and activities, ensuring a fully immersive experience. Campers will create, play, and imagine—all in the comfort of your own backyard!
What areas do you service?
We currently offer our Summer Camp packages in St Johns County. Please inquire for additional areas and possible travel fees.
When is drop-off and pick-up?
Drop-off takes place during the first 15 minutes of camp, and pick-up occurs during the last 15 minutes. Only the parent or guardian who completed the registration form is authorized for pick-up and drop-off. A valid ID must be shown at pick-up. If another adult needs to pick up your child, you must send a request via email at least 12 hours in advance.
Can I stay and watch?
We encourage parents to use this time to relax, run errands, or enjoy a little break! Once drop-off is complete, we transition into activities. If your child needs a little extra time to warm up, you are welcome to stay during the first few minutes. We also take photos throughout the day—including a special posed picture with the princess—so you won’t miss out on the magical memories!
Do I need to provide anything?
We provide all craft supplies, activities, and a snack. However, parents should send the following labeled items with their child:
- A refillable water bottle
- Additional snacks or lunch (if desired beyond what we provide)
- A change of clothes just in case (especially for younger campers)
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your camp reservation. This must be paid at least six weeks before camp begins, with the remaining balance due three weeks before the start date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle and all major credit cards (including Venmo and Apple Pay) through our secure payment processor, PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once camp has started, payments are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated rates or partial refunds for missed days. The only exceptions are:
- If a camp is canceled due to acts of God or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- If the camp does not meet the required minimum number of campers.
In these cases, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
Does my child need to be potty trained?
Yes, all campers must be fully potty trained to participate. Unfortunately, we are not licensed for diaper changing, so we kindly ask that younger children wait until next summer to join.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured entertainment company. Documentation can be provided upon request.
What is the counselor-to-child ratio?
We ensure a safe and engaging experience with small group ratios:
- Mini Camp (4-6 kids): 1 camp host
- Royal Camp (7-9 kids): 2 camp hosts

How do I book a camp?
To book, simply fill out our Summer Camp Request Form, and we’ll confirm details with you. Once your deposit is received, your spot is officially reserved!
Where is the camp held?
Our camp comes directly to you! Most families host camp in their backyard, playroom, or a community space. We can adapt activities to fit the available space.
What happens if it rains?
We can easily move activities indoors or onto a covered patio. If severe weather (such as a hurricane) prevents camp from being held, we will work with you to reschedule.
Can siblings of different ages join?
Absolutely! While our camp is designed for children ages 4-8, older siblings who love princesses and creative play are welcome.
Can we host camp at a different location?
Yes! If you have access to a clubhouse, community room, or another private venue, we can set up camp there instead. Just be sure to confirm that the space allows outside vendors.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Families who book two weeks or more of camp receive a $50 discount on their second session. Returning campers also receive exclusive offers.
Do you take photos?
Yes! We take pictures throughout the day, including a special posed photo with the princess guest. These will be shared with parents so you can relive the magic and keep the memories forever.
