Promotional Event Contract

Please review our promotional event pricing, policies and package information below. Make your selections on the form and our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and send a link to pay the deposit to finalize your reservation. By submitting the contract below, you are agreeing to our TERMS AND SERVICE AGREEMENT. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have read and understand all policies PRIOR to booking.

Promotional Events provide a meet and greet opportunity for your customers to interact and take pictures with our characters. No additional activities are provided but may be quoted for an additional fee.

Character rate is $100/hour for all face characters. Any masked characters require an assistant for an additional $60/hour due to limited visibility and mobility to ensure everyone’s safety.

Kindly note our “PROMO RATE” is reserved for companies who provide a plug at the event for Girly-Girl Partea’s, listing us as the character provider and tagging us in any social media pictures posted. 

Please input the time you want the character(s) to begin their scheduled interaction with your guests/attendees. Performers typically arrive to park 15 minutes prior and will reach out to find the location to be in place on time.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: Mascot characters, masked superheroes or mermaid tail characters require an assistant due to limited vision and/or mobility for an additional $60/hr.(required)

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL POLICY: Travel fee is based upon mileage from our home base in St Augustine. Parties/events that take place outside a 15 mile radius from our home base will be subject to a $0.75/mile travel fee round trip.(required)

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: All activities MUST TAKE PLACE INSIDE in AC unless other arrangements have been pre-approved at time of booking. If approved, characters MUST remain on a paved surface and under a covered, shaded area at all times. If our staff arrives and activities are planned outside without our approval, they will politely ask to move indoors. Failure to accommodate will result in immediate cancellation of the event, without refund.(required)

What’s Next?

Please allow 24 hours for our team to review your booking form. If we are available for your event date, we will confirm via email and send an invoice for the $75 non refundable deposit. The deposit MUST be received to finalize your reservation. 

If we are not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates or time frames. We typically cannot accommodate any requests with less than 48 hours notice. 

Once a booking is complete, we will reach out again a couple weeks prior to your scheduled event to collect the remaining balance. TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL EVENT

All characters arrive on site to park approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. They will call or text the point of contact to find out where to go. They will not start interacting with guests until their official “Start” time begins. Once an event is scheduled, last minute changes to arrival time are difficult to accommodate. Our schedules often include multiple parties/events so changing an arrival time the day of an event is often not an option. 

Please remember, all activities must be scheduled to take place inside as the hot Florida weather can be quite overwhelming in full costume. Our performers should be focusing on crafting a magical experience for your guests, not struggling through the heat to prevent passing out. The safety of our performers is of utmost importance.

Kindly note, clients are responsible for line organization and control. We reserve the right to promote the business by handing out business cards to potential clients who express an interest. Girly-Girl Parteas also reserves the right to post pictures from all promotional events and to publicize the event (if open to the public) on its website and/or social media sites.

Characters must be provided with a break and water halfway through the event for any events exceeding one hour in length. If needed, mascot characters may be played by multiple performers to prevent dehydration and must be provided with a private changing area.

If approved for an outside event, please remember, characters must remain on a paved surface and under a covered area for the duration of their visit.

Our performer(s) have the contact numbers you have provided and will call you in the event of any issues with finding the location or issues with parking. Please keep your phone on and near you close to your party start time.

Help Us Preserve the Magic

In the event that a little guest is disruptive or tries to “disprove” the character (i.e. pulling on costumes or wigs, yelling un-necessarily, saying rude or offensive remarks, etc) kindly remove the child from the character environment. Help us preserve the magic for those who do “believe” by providing a safe and positive environment for our performers to do what they do best.

We are not affiliated in any way, nor do we by fact or inference imply to hold any rights or authorization, rights of association or sponsorship or endorsement of the use of any copyrights or trademarks as held by any individuals, or companies mentioned or pictured in association with any offer, including, but not limited to Walt Disney.

All characters are inspired by the classic fairy tales and are born from the creative minds of the Girly-Girl Partea’ Inc owner(s). It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws, so we attempt to make our characters different from nationally known, copyrighted characters using uniquely designed gowns, tiaras and hairstyles. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character or product at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specifically requested character.
